이번에 카드 유효기간이 다 되서 새로 등록하고 인증까지 다 받았는데

 

아미아미에서 결제하려고 보니까 계정이 제한되었다고 뜨면서 결제가 안 되네요.

이게 무슨 영문인지....

 

페이팔에서 가장 최근에 온 메일은 이건데  번역기 돌려봐도 잘 모르겠어서 

혹시 아시는 분 있다면 도움 좀 부탁드립니다.
