[잡담] 2018 할로윈 이벤트

Halloween 2018 Event
- Event will begin October 23rd 3:00pm and continue until November 1st at 3:00pm
- Sinnoh Pokemon including Drifloon ( sparkles chance too!!) and Stunky (maybe more?) will be released!
- Increased spawns for Ghosts and Dark Type Pokemon, as well as new quests!
- The mighty Giratina will make its first appearance starting today at 3:00pm until November 20th at 3:00pm
- willow2  will appear again with a limited-time research involving Spiritomb
- 2x Catch Candy for catching Pokemon!
- There are also new items in the shop including gengar, drifloon, and other ghost mon apparel.

Looking forward to seeing all sorts of ghost out there @everyone gengar
