'블루 게이트(The Blue Gate)' 계곡 사이로 매서운 바람이 불어 닥칩니다. 버려진 우주공항 위로 눈보라가 휘몰아치고, **레드 호수(Red Lakes)**는 얼어붙어 갈라집니다. 탑사이드(Topside)의 레이더들은 추위에 떨고 비틀거리며 싸움을 이어갑니다.
🥶 콜드 스냅(Cold Snap): 지도 조건
12월 16일, 눈이 내리기 시작하면서 고려해야 할 새로운 위협이 다가옵니다. 얼어붙은 물 위에서는 발이 불안정해지고, 시야가 가려지며, 동상의 위험이 현실화됩니다.
콜드 스냅 조건 동안, 시간은 흐르고 있습니다. 이 혹독한 추위는 실내로 대피하거나 빠르게 치료하지 않으면 몇 분 안에 레이더를 쓰러뜨릴 것입니다. 다른 레이더와 교전할 때 이 점을 명심하세요. 러스트 벨트의 겨울에 야외에서 포위되는 것은 사형 선고와 다름없습니다.
🔥 흔들리는 불꽃(Flickering Flames): 이벤트
지하에서는 인간 정신의 끈기가 이어집니다. 식량 부족과 순환 정전에도 불구하고, 생존자들은 촛불을 켜고, 전쟁 이야기를 나누며, 가진 것의 소중함을 되새기기 위해 모입니다. 흔들리는 불꽃 축제가 곧 시작됩니다.
**캔들베리 부시(Candleberry Bush)**는 이 축제의 중심입니다. 스페란자(Speranzans) 사람들에게 이 강인한 식물은 겨울철 다용도 자산입니다. 열매를 끓이면 몇 시간 동안 타는 왁스가 만들어집니다. 으깨면 상쾌한 주스가 나오고, 뿌리는 지독한 감기를 몰아내는 차가 됩니다. 캔들베리는 든든한 스튜, 따뜻한 수프, 향수와 비누 선물을 만들며, 화환은 스페란자 사람들에게 탑사이드의 푸르름을 느끼게 해주는 축제 장식으로 활용될 수 있습니다. 스페란자는 캔들베리 만찬을 위해 아주 많은 양이 필요합니다!

이번 겨울 업데이트에서는 두 번째 무료 영구 레이더 덱도 소개합니다. 12월 26일부터 사용 가능한 더 골리 레이더 덱을 통해 탑사이드에서 크레딧(Cred)을 얻으면서 일련의 아이템, 레이더 토큰, 그리고 코스메틱을 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다.
새 레이더 덱의 주요 스킨은 일부 스페란자 사람들이 세계에서 가장 사납고 존경받는 검투사들이 입었던 것이라고 주장하는 옛 세계 의상입니다. 누가 알겠습니까? 하지만 멋진 새 하키 스틱 레이더 도구가 함께 제공됩니다.

Winter hits the Rust Belt.
Frigid winds carve through the valleys of The Blue Gate. Blizzards sweep across the abandoned spaceport while the Red Lakes freeze and crack. Raiders Topside battle on as they shiver and stumble and swear.
Cold Snap: map condition
On December 16th, as the snow rolls in, so will new threats to consider. Your feet will be unsteady over frozen water, your vision will be compromised, and frostbite is a real danger.
During the Cold Snap condition, the clock is ticking. The freezing weather will cut your Raider down in minutes unless you get indoors, or heal up quickly. Bear this in mind when engaging other Raiders - getting pinned down in the open is a death sentence during a Rust Belt winter.
Flickering Flames: event
Below ground, the tenacity of the human spirit endures. Despite food scarcity and rolling blackouts, survivors gather to light candles, swap war stories, and appreciate what little they have. The festival of Flickering Flames is about to begin.
The Candleberry Bush forms the centerpiece of these festivities. For Speranzans, this hardy plant is a versatile asset during the winter months: boiling the berry creates a wax that burns for hours. Crushing them yields a refreshing juice while the roots make for a tea that drives out the toughest colds. Candleberries make hearty stews, warming soups, and gifts of perfume and soap, while the wreaths can be fashioned into festive decorations that offer Speranzans a hint of Topside's greenery. Speranza needs A LOT of them for the Candleberry Banquets!
Speranzans rely on other essential items through the winter too. Light and heat sources boost morale and help keep Speranzans comfortable, while giving them the best chance to fight through to the spring.

With our Winter Update, we’re also introducing our second free, permanent Raider Deck. Available from the 26th December, The Goalie Raider Deck lets you unlock a series of items, Raider Tokens, and Cosmetics as you earn Cred Topside.
The flagship skin of the new Raider Deck is an old world outfit that some Speranzans have claimed was worn by the world’s most fierce and respected gladiators. Who knows, really? But hey, it comes with a pretty cool new hockey stick Raider Tool.
There’s no time to lose - the Flickering Flames event will run from December 16th until January 13th, so put on your warmest gear and get up there.
