유니콘 오브 러브의 남자 매니저인 호맨 (Romain Bigeard)이 팀을 떠나게되었다고 유니콘 오브 러브 공식 홈페이지에서 발표 하였습니다.

더 좋은 제안을 받게 되어서 나가게 되었다고 하네요.

잘가요 호맨

쉬피 (현 UoL 코치) & UOLdad (현 UoL CEO) 발표 :

오늘은 모든 유니콘 팬들에게 슬픈 날입니다.

우리의 사랑하는 매니저인 호맨 비제아르가 우리 단체를 떠나 새로운 출발을 시작하게 되었습니다. 그는 "너가 거부할수 없는" 그런 류의 제안을 받았으며, 이 경우 우리는 그게 확실히 맞다고 할수 있습니다.

호맨은 그가 가진 핑크 우주복 차림과 여러 아이디어를 가지고 LCS 조직들이 어떻게 운영되는지 전혀 모르는 상태로 우리에게 다가왔습니다. 지난 2.5년간 UOL과 함께, 그는 빠르게 배우며 미스터 유니콘 그 자체가 되었으며, 여러가지 브랜드 지원 미디어 프로젝트를 진행했으며, 여러 서류 작업을 도맡았고, 프론트에서 우리의 백업이 되어 주었습니다. 그의 에너지와 긍정적인 사고방식으로 그는 큰 동기부여자 였으며 우리 모든 팬들 뿐만이 아닌 그 주위의 모든 사람들의 마음을 사로 잡았습니다. 모든 슬픔을 뒤로 하고 우리는 우리의 친구 호맨이 그의 직장에서 최종적으로 크게 나아갈수 있는 챔피언으로써 발전하고 성장할수 있는 적절한 환경을 만들어 주었다는 것이 개인적으로 자랑스럽습니다. 우리는 그가 새로운 곳에서도 앞으로 잘 되고 즐겁기를 바랍니다.

호맨 발표:

10년 전엔 나는 e스포츠가 정확하게 존재하는지 알지 못했어요. 5년 전에는 나는 스타2 팬이자 간간히 롤을 했었죠. 3년 전에는 나는 e스포츠 팀에서 일하리라고는 상상도 못했었죠. 2달 전에는 나는 UOL에서 떠나게 되리라고는 상상도 못했죠. 그리고 아직도 오늘 나는 아마도 세계에서 제일 좋은 직장을 그만두게 되었어요. 조스 (현 CEO)와 쉬피와 같은 멋진 사람들과 일하게 되어 정말 좋은 경험이었어요. UOL 같이 가족 규모의 회사는 제한된 인원으로 여러 분야의 모든 일을 담당하게 합니다. 비지니스 부터 매니지먼트 까지, 코칭에서 소셜 미디어까지, 나는 유능한 사람들에 둘러싸여서 여러가지를 배우고 시도해볼수 있는 기회를 가지게 되었어요. 그럴수 있었던 것을 모두에게 감사해요. 나는 전력을 다했죠: 유니콘 일원으로써 숨쉬며, 생각하고 살아가도록. 믿을수 없었죠. 오늘 나는 새로운 여행에 나서서 새로운 도전을 만날수 있도록 UOL을 떠납니다. 나는 거부 할수 없는 제안을 받았으며 그것을 수용하기로 했어요. 이것은 나에게 있어서 커다란 한 걸음이며 나는 옮은 길을 선택했다고 믿습니다. 미리 이와 같은 결정을 하게 되어 실망하신 분들에게 사과드립니다. 멋진 기억들과 함께 무거운 마음을 가지고 나가고자 합니다. 전 끝이 났다고 해서 슬퍼하진 않을거에요. 발생한 일에 기뻐할거요.

Goodbye Romain

Statement sheepy & UOLdad:

Today is a sad day for all unicorns,

our beloved manager Romain Bigeard will part with our organisation and will start a new adventure. He got one of those typical offers which “you cannot refuse”,  and in this case we can say that it is genuine true.

Romain came to us in his pink onesie with a lot of ideas in his mind and no real clue how a LCS organisation operates. During the 2,5 years with UOL he learned quickly and became Mr. Unicorn himself, worked out all kind of brand supporting media projects, took over a lot of paperwork and was our backup at the front. With his energy and positive attitude he was the big motivator and won not only the hearts of all our fans but all people around. Beside all sadness we are personally proud that UOL was able to give our friend Romain the right environment to develop and grow as champion which finally made this huge step in his career possible. We wish him all the best, luck and a lot of fun in his new position.

10 years ago I had no clue e-sports even existed. 5 years ago I was a SC2 fan rarely playing LoL. 3 years ago I would have never imagined what it meant to work for an e-sports team. 2 months ago I would have never imagined leaving UOL. And still, today I am quitting probably one of the best jobs in the world. It has been a wonderful experience working with such great people like Jos and Sheepy. A family-sized company like UOL allows you to work in different fields as they have a limited amount of employees to perform all the tasks. From business to management, from coaching to social media, I had the chance to learn and try a lot of things while being surrounded by smart people. For that I thank you all. I went all-in: breathing, thinking and living as a Unicorn. It was incredible. Today I am leaving UOL, to go on a new adventure and face new challenges. I received an offer of that kind you cannot refuse, and I will take it. It is a huge step for me, and I believe I am making the right move. I do apologize in advance to those this decision will disappoint. I now carry a heavy heart colored with wonderful memories. I won't cry because it is over, I will smile because it happened.
