A few thoughts about this tuning
- PTR tuning is never final, even the week before patch. Blizz often does its tuning last.
- Ele was really good on PTR. Like unmatched in spread cleave and pumping in ST, probably more than the expected.
- Before the nerf, 2p + 4p was on average on +45% Single Target gain. This is around 3 times stronger than the usual power of a tier complete tier set (around 15%)
- The nerf is around 20% in ST. Meaning tier's power is likely still higher than the average and tier might still get another nerf, this is normal.
- I would expect compensation buff if the tier set takes another hit tho. Let's hope it goes onto spenders cause they need it.
- Rework was never on the table this patch, sorry folks. Maybe next time.
