For this build I run:
순보 // Dashing Strike

섬열파 // Destructive Ray
The basic combo is Vacuum Strike -> Rapid Finger Strike -> Buddha's Palm to get the bonus damage benefit from each ability (airborne for RFS and airborne or knockdown for BP). You can also combo BP with Wind Shattering Blast, since we take the knockdown for the last tier upgrade on WSB. That said, I think it would be perfectly fine to take the extra boss damage for WSB for questing and general use in order to better deal with those pesky cc immune mobs. Ki Cannon is a nice way to peel mobs off of you if they get too close, while also dealing substantial damage.
We take Dashing Strike simply because I value mobility very high in this game. I take Crushing Strike, because many of our abilities push the mobs back and using this will allow you to get closer for a nice VS. Honestly you don't really need this I think, but I do enjoy the game-play with it. BP is a no-brainer and our allotment of points allows for maximum control and damage.
Of course you want Destructive Ray in any almost any build. We take bonus damage to "cc immune" enemies as well as cc immunity ourselves and because this build is used mostly against trash and in the open world, we want to be able to change direction at will, so we take the extra damage at the end of the channel for our last choice. There are some extra points left over, that you can distribute how you see fit.
