[해외이슈] [북미] 강화버그 대처 방안

어제 북미 마영전 빈딕투스는 시즌 2 에피소드 3 안개 봉우리 패치와 함께 강화버그가 나타났습니다.

일부 무기에 적용된 강화버그에 걸리면 10강 이상의 강화 실패 시, 아이템이 터졌다는 메세지가 뜨고 재료도 돌려받지만, 아이템이 이상한 여행자에게 가지 않고 거래불가 상태로 인벤토리에 남아있는 현상이 일어나,북미 서버에는 긴급점검에 들어가기 전까지 수많은 15강과 80제 무기가 터지면서 나온 시즌 2 물욕템이 쏟아져나왔습니다.

공지에 따르면 긴급점검 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

 - 강화버그 수정

 - 강화버그 사용해서 강화한 아이템 대다수 회수

 - 강화버그 사용자의 인벤토리 당일에 버그 사용하기 이전 시점으로 롤백

 - 일부 유저는 최고강 등 강화에 사용된 아이템 돌려받음

 - 일부 유저는 강화 버그 사용하기 전 가지고 있던 아이템 돌려받음 (ex. 10강 매드니스 ->15강 매드니스가 된 경우 10강 매드를 돌려받음)

 - 일부 유저는 인벤토리 복구/조사를 위해 일시적으로 계정 정지

 - 버그를 사용하지 않은 유저는 롤백, 정지, 회수 일체 당하지 않음

단. 북미 유저 Kisemit님의 제보에 따르면, 모든 강화버그 사용자의 인벤토리를 롤백한 것이 아닌, 특정 횟수 이상 사용한 사람만 롤백당했으며, 계정 정지는 어뷰징의 정도가 심한 유저만 해당했습니다. 따라서 터져서 나온 물욕템을 부캐로 옮긴 경우와 특정 횟수 이하로 버그 어뷰징한 유저의 버그템은 그대로 남아있는 상태.

Enhancement Glitch

Dear Players,

We have encountered an issue that allowed players to enhance items at an incredibly high level with little to no consequence.  Not only did this cause an influx of high level equipment, but also some very rare items from “failed” enhancements.  We understand how this could be a huge impact to the community, so we took action to temporarily close game servers to fix this issue.  However, the fixing the system was only part of the actions we have taken regarding this.  The following actions have been taken:

• A large portion of the abused items has been deleted
• The inventory of those who abused the system has been rolled back to an earlier time (on the day of 11/20) before the abuse took place
• Some players may receive back some items used to enhance the items
• Some players may receive their original equipment (prior to using the enhancement glitch)
• Temporary suspensions have be applied on certain players to restore and/or investigate their inventory
  
• Players who did not take part in this will not experience any  rollbacks, suspensions, or item deletions
  

We hope that people accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we feel that the actions we have taken above are fair. We’d like to thank the Vindictus community for being active and informing us of this issue in the forums and in-game. Because of you, we were able to quickly identify the issue before it became too widespread.
