Arthas: closest hero to receiving changes. Not as extensive as the KT rework though. The Sindragosa change was fine (probably).

Kerrigan: probably some adjustments but not in the near future

Tyrael: his trait is fine.

SUPPORTS: changes to underused heroics are coming, water dragon for example.

%BASED DMG: no change coming, the viability of no-tank teams is exciting.

QUEST TALENTS: They will continue to add many of these. They also really like the snipe master mechanic and will add many similar talents. An indicator of completion will be available for the opposing team.

• Abathur: Monstrosity will receive a small adjustment soon.
• Johanna: Knight takes Pawn may be baseline OR removed, but not in the near future.
• Lt. Morales: she may receive an answer to her lvl 20 talent diversity issue.
• Nova: possible changes working toward viability on the pro scene.
• Rexxar: changes may come but not in the near future.
• Zagara: may be the first to have a 3rd heroic.
• BOLT: will stay on Illidan and Sylvanas, but maybe not on Valla.
• CLEANSE: working toward making it less hurtful to the healing capabilities, like kharazim's change.

Other stuff: Leoric's number may be adjusted (in particular his less-used heroic), Malfurion will have less generic talents but not in the near future, Jaina/Murky/Azmodan/Chogall/Tassadar/LiMing are fine, the casting delays on Dehaka are on purpose, Kharazim may receive changes to Insight, Greymane will receive a redesign to level 7 talent incendiary elixir.

Please keep in mind that answers vary between the balance designers. It seems like Kerrigan changes may come soon, or may not.
