기존에 선수들이 외국 공식대회에 나가기 위해 해당 지역에 6개월이상 거주해야 하는 룰이 있었는데 그게 6개월에서 1개월로 줄어들었습니다.

For the purposes of this Tournament, a “citizen” is a participant who is a citizen of an Eligible Country, and a “resident” is a participant who has resided in an Eligible Country for at least one month prior to the Tournament’s first match and through the Tournament’s last match.
