This is delayed from our original plan of an Oct. 2 release, due to the Patch 6.1.3 balance changes that came out on Oct. 3 (we didn't want the new Snapshot to be outdated a day after we released it). In the meantime, we have made the following small changes to the current version of the Snapshot to keep it updated:
• Moved Mid-Range Shaman from Rank 2 to Rank 1
• Moved Dragon Warrior from the bottom of Tier 1 to the top of Tier 2
