[에반] 에반 개선사항? 바라는점

1. - rework - Buff granted 4 stacks instantly, does not need to hit target, buff 15s duration but cannot be extended by server,
2. - hit box increase - let it hit targets evan is standing on top of,
3. - hit box increase - start hitbox from behind the player,
4. - duration increased to 30s,
5. - auto 15 stacks, improved logic so they do not disappear,

7. - delay reduction, remove cancelling feature (this is because lower delay makes weaving more difficult, so as to improve the low point damage, removing damage gain from cancelling for extra hits and moving this damage elsewhere is beneficial),

10. - increase meteor frequency and reduce duration to 30s, move some damage from meteors into initial hit (more concentrated damage, to 50/50 initial hit vs meteors split),
