• Tier4currency divination cards are now hidden on uber+ strict. They lose their minimap highlight/sound on uber strict.

• Brand Recall / Blood and Sand level 7 is now properly highlighted on Uber Strict +

• Improved unique map tiering. Introduced a new low tier (t4) that is hidden on uber+ strict.

• Teal oils are now "anchored" to T3 oils (they won't be hidden on higher strictnesses anymore). They're the most common material for blight map anointing.

• Added polished elder/shaper scarabs to the "safe-list". These won't be hidden by the economy-updated filters anymore.

• Uniques now use exact searches to prevent basetype tiering problems.

• Added a auto-updated list of top basetypes to the filter re-generation tool to assist the influenced item tiering
