Dear Commander,

Thank you for answering to the survey request — we said we’d respond by Oct. 24!

Just a few reminders:

• The new low-latency ANZ server will be active daily starting Nov. 1, 18:00-00:00 AEDT 
  
  
• This is a one-way transfer, so once you commit, it’s impossible to return to the NA server without opening a new account 
  
  
• The NA account gets permanently banned, so clan leads should be transferred 
  
  
• Once the server is operational on Nov. 1, all you need to do is select it from the dropdown menu when you log into the game and — wham! — you’re in!
