- updated Hangar Manager 'HangMan' with few built-in garages (by goofy67)

- updated Vehicle Exp Extended by spoter

- updated Crew Exp Extended by spoter

- fixed option: Block shooting at wrecks for 2s in SafeShot mod

- removed vBAddict's ATS and BRR mods (they are bugged it seem, preventing to enter garage)

- removed LAMP Damage Panel Zaya's Style (obsolete)

- fixed options in Vehicle Exp Extended mod (free xp calculation and show quests)

- it's now possible to install Shtys damage panel, with Damage Log Gambiter
