- added option: to display gun constraints ruler in Debug Panel Harpoon

- fixed _Aslain_logs.zip creation (due to update of 7zip binaries)

- fixed installing Spotted vehicle direction on aim circle

- added Battle Tier to all instances of Advanced Tank Carousel branch (always visible)

- added new XVM option: ignore flags selected by users on the XVM website
