이 게시물에서 다시 03버전으로 최신 업뎃합니다. (00->01->02->03)
(아직 패치가 안된 한섭, 아시아섭용 모드팩은 이전에 올린 0.9.16 61버전이 마지막입니다)

- updated Battle Observer config [no longer conflicts with XVM]

- disabled sound in Sixth Sense Duration by ekspoint
- removed Damage Panel with timer & repair panel on L.CTRL [req. upd.]

- removed Painted Rollers [suspected for being unstable]
- added Spotted vehicle direction on aim circle
- known issue: Server Crosshair in spg mode has wrong shape

- note: you may notice russian menu in garage buttom mods, I will try to sort it out another time, it's caused by mods that are sharing same config, if you install them together, they will use russian lang instead of english
