Latest beta build has two changes to battle fatigue. 20% healing reduction and 15% expertise. You should see less parry/dodge/healing in PvP

힐량 20% 감소, 숙련 15% 증가(즉 무막/회피 15% 감소)

PVE에서는 힐업하기가 힘들어진 반면 PVP에서는 힐업이 너무 쉬워졌으니 결국 어쩔 수 없는 선택인가 보군요. 20%로 끝났으면 좋겠지만 다음 시즌엔 25%나 30%로 더 올라갈 듯
