New Build TLDR:

- 8% DPS loss for Double Leggo Necrolord in Single Target (both nerfs)

- 9% DPS loss for Single Leggo Necrolord in Single Target (both nerfs)

- Necrolord still best covenant dps wise, although the gap is much smaller.

- Based on fight timings and progression value of Night Fae, it is likely worth going Night fae until you get double legendaries and/or done with prog.

- T28 2+4-set is now worth ~15% DPS with double legendaries and ~16% DPS with single legendaries

- 2 전설(강령) / 단일타겟 / 8% 너프

- 1 전설(강령) / 단일타겟 / 9% 너프

- 아직은 그래도 강령이 제일 센듯. 성약간 차이는 많이 줄어듬.

- 2전설 차기 전까지는 나페가도 좋을듯.

- 2+4 티어셋 은 2전설은 dp 15퍼 상승. 1전설은 16퍼 상승.
