With a Hot streak ready, cast Fireball and queue the instant cast Pyroblast as a Fireball ends when phoenix flames charges are low. If two spells hit at the same time there is a grace period for Heating up/Hot streak that can be taken advantage of to increase your odds of gaining the buff. This is called "Pyro Phishing"
