[비전] 한밤 베타 PTR 비법 변경점

• Developers’ notes: Touch of the Archmage has not been hitting the notes we wanted it to, both in gameplay and tuning, so we’re buffing up the last node and redesigning the first node to no longer increase Touch of the Magi charges, and putting that budget into Touch of the Magi’s burst window instead.
• Apex Talents updated:
• 1st node: Touch of the Magi increases the damage your target receives from you by 20%.
• 2nd node: Now additionally increases Arcane Missile damage by 10%/20%.
• 3rd node: Now deals 50% of Touch of the Magi’s accumulated damage (was 25%).

정점 특성

1. 비전의 여파의 타겟에게는 20% 증가된 데미지를 받습니다. ( 비전의 여파 2충전 삭제)

2.  대마법사의 손길이 이제 추가적으로 신비한 화살의 데미지를 10%/20% 증가 시킵니다.

3. 비전의 여파가 폭발할때 적에게 6초가 입힌 피해의 50%를 피해입힙니다.(기존 25%)
