혹시 몰라 주어오긴 했는데 일단 데탑 유저 & 윈도우 10 한정입니다.
이게 문제일수도 있고 아닐수도 있습니다.
이쪽 관련 아는게 없으니 문제 생겨도 저도 모릅니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
일단 마이크로소프트 공식 의견이긴하고 해당게임으로 100퍼 확실한건 Destiny입니다.
다른게임은 공식 확인된 바 없음.
문제로는 그래픽하고 마우스 퍼포먼스가 떨어진다는군요.
그래픽이니 프레임드랍 즉, 근거리 어뢰살포 때 렉도 연관이 있을수도 있고..아닐수도 있고...;;

위 KB4482887 업데이트 설치 후 '데스크탑'으로 데스터니 같은 게임을 할 때 그래픽이나 마우스 퍼포먼스 하락을 겪었을 수도 있다.
Per Microsoft as workaround
As a short-term resolution, users can uninstall KB4482887 to regain performance.
일단 단기해결책으로 해당 업데이트를 지워라.
(근데 제가알기로 이거 윈도우 업데이트는 지워도 상관 없는걸로 아는뎅..
예전 윈도우 불법사용할때보면 다들 뭔가 지우던데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

I'm running Windows 10 1803 and did not affect me or you could say I did not receive this specific update. This specific update applies to Windows 10 1809. Microsoft made changes on March 1st to address and improve CPU performance as part of the Spectre variant 2 mitigations (CVE-2017-5715).

근데 분명한건 아래 사람처럼 이게 문제가 아닌 다른 문제로 프레임 드랍이 있는 사람도 있으니 참고만 하시고 한번 문제 있으신분들은 살짝 지워보시는것도..
(아래애는 일단 어뢰로 인한 프레임드랍을 언급하긴했고 자신은 이 윈도우랑은 상관없다고 다음댓글 등에서 계속 말하긴했음.)

Running Win10 - 1809 edition updated 11 Jan 2019 - since the 0.8.1 update I've been running around 20fps slower than I was during 0.7.12 so running 50-60fps instead of 76(I didn't play during 0.8.0).
Updated to Win10 1809 edition updated today 08 Mar 2019 and includes KB4482887 - Still have the same 20 FPS drop
Since 0.8.1 my ping, which was previously stable during 0.7.12 at 100-110ms, is now starting at 150ms and wildly fluctuates from 100 to 300+ms every 1-2 seconds with the included "rubber-banding" despite pingtrace showing nothing during the various hops to WG's server and my other online games being uneffected.
The only time I've had the FPS really drop is during the French BB "Escort the Gold" Operation (can't remember the name) where, in my Atlanta, when we are attacked by 4-5 DD's at the end it dropped to 3-4fps when all 5 DD's fired torps at the same time.
