The laptop looks very nice, is light and easy to carry, has a nice looking screen. I was (and basically this is why I got an Engadget account) very disappointed by its battery power. I used it at about 33% brightness, with one other window open, and it got between 4 and 5 hours of battery. I took it to a service center, to check the screen (it had some backlight bleed) and ask about the battery. They replaced the screen, and replaced the battery. Then the technician tested the battery (video playback, at around 33%). He told me he got 5 and a half hours. Mind you, the company advertises up to 12.5 hours for this, but I believe that is if you don't touch it, and just stare at a low brightness screen for 12 hours. To me this is unacceptable, that a laptop adverised at 12.5 hours of battery power will get only 5.5, and this is when tested for two. batteries (and by a service center). So buyer beware. I do believe there are other laptops out there, in 2015, that will give you at least 7 hours...
