Very early Preliminary Sims for 9.1In the current PTR build.

Mortal Strike, Execute* Overpower and Deep Wound's damage were all increased by 10%.*Condemn wasn't affected by the Execute buff.

Non-venthyr covenant's netted about a 4-5% increase, depending on your covenant and gear. And about a 2% increase for Venthyr.The buffs favour non-venthyr, since they cast Mortal Strike, Execute and Overpower more than Venthyr does

Non-venthyr sims are using Enduring Blow. Venthyr sims are using Signet
