A new build as appeared on the PTR, check out the datamined changes below and keep an eye on the thread as we will be updating it with new findings.
The following is datamined, and may contain errors, please keep this in mind!


New Item Passives

Remember the following are only tied to rings for testing, and can show up on any item type they pick.

  • Prove your skills in Greater Rifts and compare your progress against others in the Leaderboards.
  • Greater Rifts are accessed with a {c_legendary}Keystone of Trials.
    These drop from Nephalem Rift Guardians on any Torment difficulty.
  • Legendary Gems ({icon:legendarystar}) only drop from Greater Rift Guardians.
  • Urshi can upgrade Legendary Gems ({icon:legendarystar}). 
    She appears when a Greater Rift Guardian is defeated.
  • Leaderboards track and compare your progress in Seasons ({icon:Seasonal}) and Greater Rifts.
  • Nephalem Rifts and Greater Rifts are a good place to look for Legendary Items ({icon:legendarystar}).
  • There are Unique Legendaries ({icon:legendarystar}) that you can only find if you take part in Seasons ({icon:Seasonal}).
  • Keep an eye on your Blood Shards ({icon:x1_shard}). They add up quickly and Kadala offers great rewards.
  • The Mystic can Enchant the Primary Properties of your weapon for a chance to add a socket.

LoadingscreenTips_always

  • When playing with other people, their pets will appear transparent for better visibility.
  • Weapons with sockets can be incredibly powerful.
  • To easily see the type of item dropped, enable Show Icons for Dropped Items.
    Located in the Options menu under Gameplay.
  • Sanctuary was originally created by rebel angels and demons seeking a refuge from the Eternal Conflict.
  • Stay awhile, and listen.
  • Tyrael founded the mystical Horadrim to combat the Prime Evils.
  • The Horadrim created the waypoints and shrines found throughout Sanctuary.
  • Sanctuary holds ancient secrets, and not all of them have been unearthed.
  • The early nephalem were so powerful that they were worshipped as gods by later generations.
  • Want an easier way to view rare items in your inventory?
    Go to Options, then Gameplay and Enable Rarity Icons for Items
  • Invite friends to join a game by pressing the Invite button next to their names in the Social menu.
  • A player’s stash, artisan levels, recipes, and gold are available to all heroes on the account.
  • Click on another player’s banner to teleport to that player’s current location.
  • Crafting the same item multiple times may yield better results. 
    Every crafted item is different.
  • Banners can be customized in the Main Menu. 
    New components will become available the more you play!
  • Health globes will heal every player in a party.
  • You can increase the difficulty and rewards of Torment mode by playing at higher levels.
  • Resurrect fallen allies by clicking on their grave markers.
  • Press the D key to show or hide all players’ health bars.
  • Right-click on players' portraits to teleport to them.
  • Right-click on unidentified legendary ({icon:legendarystar}) items to reveal their attributes and allow them to be equipped
  • Barbarians, Crusaders, and Monks take 30% less damage than Demon Hunters, Witch Doctors, or Wizards.
  • Select Customer Service in the Game Menu and click on 
    the Battle.net Authenticator link to secure your account!
  • Join a game with other random players by selecting Game Settings from the Main Menu, and then choosing Public Game.
  • Healing is the game's estimation of how much Life you heal per second.
  •  Use the Book of Ca to identify multiple legendary ({icon:legendarystar}) items at the same time.

Demonhunter


  • Shadow Power Cost: 14 Discipline / Draw in the power of the shadows, gaining 825312379 Life per Hit for 5 seconds.
    • Shadow Glide : Gain 30% bonus toincreased movement speed while Shadow Power is active.
    • Well of Darkness : RemoveReduce the cost to 10 Discipline cost but add a 10 second cooldown.
    • Blood Moon : IncreaseIncrease the Life per Hit gain to 1650524758.
  • Elemental Arrow 
    • Screaming SkullImmolation Arrow : Shoot a fiery skullarrow that hits an enemy for 300% weapon damage as Fire that has a 40% chanceand explodes, immolating the ground for 315% weapon damage as Fire over 2 seconds to Fear affected enemies for 1 secondwithin 10 yards.
  • Rapid Fire 
    • Web ShotFrost Shots : Enemies hit by Rapid Fire are Chilled by 80% for 2 seconds. / Rapid Fire's damage turns into Cold.
  • Strafe 
    • EmberstrafeIcy Trail : Leave aan icy trail of fire in your wake that deals 220300% weapon damage as FireCold over 23 seconds and Chills enemies for 3 seconds.
    • Rocket Storm : In addition to regular shots, shoot off homing rockets for 130% weapon damage as ColdFire.

  • The Guardian's Path While dual-wielding, you gain a 1535% chance to dodge incoming attacks. While using a two-handed weapon, all Spirit generation is increased by 35%.
  • Sixth Sense Your dodge chance is increased by an amount equal to 42.5% of your Critical Hit ChanceReduce all non-Physical damage taken by 25%.

  • Mantra of Healing 
    • Heavenly Body : Passive: Mantra of Healing also increases Vitalitymaximum Life by 1020%.

    • Master of Wind : While your vortex is at the maximum stack count3 or more stacks, enemies damaged by Sweeping Wind for 3 consecutive seconds are Frozen for 2 seconds. / Enemies cannot be frozen by Sweeping Wind more than once every 3 seconds. / Sweeping Wind's damage turns into Cold.

  • Sacrifice 
    • For the Master : Command all of your Zombie Dogs to charge the target at the same time, each dealing 1300% weapon damage as Physicaleach.
  • Locust Swarm 
    • Diseased Swarm : Enemies killedkilled while affected by Locust Swarm leave behind a cloud of locusts that deal 75% weapon damage as Poison over 3 seconds to enemies who stand in the area.
  • Spirit Barrage Cost: 100 Mana / Bombard an enemy with 4 spirit bolts that deal a total of 425% weapon damage as Cold.
  • Firebomb 
    • Pyrogeist : Create a column of flame that spews fire at the closest enemy for 560880% weapon damage as Fire over 6 seconds. / You may have up to 3 Pyrogeists active at a time.
  • Spirit Walk Leave your physical body and enter the spirit realm for 3 seconds. While in the spirit realm, your movement is unhindered. / Your link to the spirit realm will end if you cast any spell or your physical body sustains 50% of your maximum Life in damage.

Wizard


  • Explosive Blast 
    • Obliterate : Release an enormous Explosive Blast that deals 990% weapon damage as ArcaneCold to all enemies within 18 yards.
  • Blizzard 
    • Lightning Storm : Enemies affected by Blizzard take 2015% increased damage from Lightning.
  • Magic Weapon 
    • Ignite : Attacks have a chance to burn enemies, dealing 86300% weapon damage as Fire over 3 seconds.
    • Conduit : Attacks have a chance toEnemies hit by your attacks restore 1up to 3 Arcane Power.
  • Meteor Cost: 40 Arcane Power / Summon an immense Meteor that plummets from the sky, crashing into enemies for 610740% weapon damage as Fire. The ground it hits is scorched with molten fire that deals 195235% weapon damage as Fire over 3 seconds.
    • Meteor Shower : Unleash a volley of 7 small Meteors that each strike for 228277% weapon damage as Fire.
    • Comet : Summon a Comet that deals 700740% weapon damage as Cold and has a 20% chance to freezefreezes chilled enemies for 1 second upon impact. / The impact site is covered in a freezingan icy mist that deals 235% weapon damage as Cold and Slows enemy movement by 60% over 3 seconds.
    • Star Pact : Reduce the cost of Meteor to 30Expend all remaining Arcane Power. / Meteor'sEach point of extra Arcane Power spent increases the impact damage turns intoof Meteor by 20% weapon damage as Arcane.
    • Lightning BindThunder Crash : IfRemoves the initial impact causes a Critical Hit, the electrifieddelay before Meteor duration is increased to 8 seconds and enemies are Immobilized for 5 secondscomes crashing down. / Meteor's damage turns into Lightning.
  • Familiar 
    • Arcanot : While the Familiar is active, you regenerate 24.5 Arcane Power perevery second.
  • Arcane Torrent 
    • DisruptionFlame Ward : Enemies hitYou take 15% less damage from attacks while channeling. Every second you channel increases this amount by 5%, up to a maximum total of 25% damage reduction. / Arcane Torrent become disrupted for 6 seconds, causing them to take 15% additional's damage from any attacks that deal Arcane damageturns into Fire.

X1_Crusader


  • Wrathful Each point of Wrath spent heals you for 8253301 Life. / Heal amount is increased by 14% of your Health Globe Healing Bonus.
  • Fist of the Heavens 
    • Fissure : Creates a fissure of lightning energy that deals 410% weapon damage as Lightning over 5 seconds to nearby enemies. If there is another fissure nearby, lightning will arc between them dealing an additional 135% weapon damage as Lightning with each arc.
  • Shield Bash Cost: 30 Wrath / Charge at your enemy, bashing him and all nearby foes. Deals 1200700% weapon damage plus 500% of your shield's Block Chance as Holy damage.
    • Shattered Shield : The shield shatters into other smaller fragments, hitting more enemies for 740% weapon damage plus 335% of your shield's Block Chance as damage.
    • Shield Cross : Additional shields erupt from you in a cross formation. Enemies hit by any of the additional shields take 155% weapon damage plus 100% of your shield's Block Chance as damage.
    • Pound : Shield Bash will now deal 12001320% weapon damage plus 500% shield Block Chance as damage. The range is reduced to 8 yards.
  • Judgment 
    • Mass Verdict : All enemies judged are first drawn intotoward the center of the judged area.
