1년 전 색약 모드를 만들었던 리그오브레전드 게임 엔지니어 Samarnayhem는 포럼에서 최근 완전한 회색화면으로 이루어져 있는 사망시 화면을 색약 유저를 위해 향상하기 위한 작업에 들어갔다고 알려왔습니다. 또한 최근 PBE 서버에 사망시 화면이 이전과 달리 완전한 회색 톤이 아닐 뿐더러 사망시에도 미니언과 타워, 미사일의 색을 식별할 수 있도록 향상된 패치가 업데이트 되었습니다.

PBE 서버에 추가될 향상된 사망 화면과 색약/색맹자를 위한 기능이 추가될 것인데, 그에 대한 피드백을 포럼에서 요청했습니다. 팀 파이트시 가독성이 괜찮은가, 죽었을때 죽었다는게 명확한가, 미학적으로 보기 괜찮은가. 다른 챔피언이나 능력들이 잘 보이는가, 색맹 유저들에게 팀 색으로 이루어진 원과 효과(예를 들자면 누누의 궁극기 시전시 주위의 원)가 잘 보이는가를 물었습니다.

A lot of summoners know me as the engineer who made colorblind mode a year ago. I recently undertook a a pet project to try to improve our death screen. It was well received by our art and design teams and has now made it to the PBE environment this week. I just wanted to state the objectives of the rework and start a thread to solicit feedback from you. The objective was to make it so that players can still follow what is going on in a team fight while they are dead while still maintaining the clear aesthetic of being dead that was in the all grey screen. Some specific areas in which I'd like feedback are:
* Can you follow team fights better?
* When you die, is it always clear that you are dead?
* Does it look good aesthetically? Are there any champions or abilities that don't look good?
* For colorblind players, can you see the colors in the team colored rings and effects (for example the ring around Nunu's ultimate?
I will be checking in on this thread so please feel free to post feedback or any questions or other thoughts you might have. Thanks in advance!
