보면 축구에서는 90년간 두 지역에서 완전히 월드컵을 독점하고있다.(EU:유럽, LA:라틴 아메리카) 그래서 그들이 한 대처는? 없다! 선수 수출에 관한 규칙이 있긴 해도 롤계도 그런 규칙은 마찬가지로 있다.
Snooker 에서는 아예 90년간 하나의 나라(GB:영국)에서 우승을 독점해왔다. 그래서 그들이 한 대처는? 아예 없다!
나는 많은 다른 예들이 있을거라고 확신한다. 나는 단지 두가지 스포츠만 살펴보고 결과를 보여줬다. 가장 영향력있는 종목은 아닌 세계적으로 하는 스포츠중 임의로 선택한 두개의 종목일뿐이다. 요점은 특정 스포츠는 특정 나라에서 (다른나라에 비해)인기가 많을수 있고 그러한 나라가 독점하게된다는 것이다. 그런 느낌적인 느낌이야. 그러한 사실이 그 스포츠를 하고 하면서 재미를 느끼는것을 멈추지는 않는다. 북미팀중 잘한팀은 없음에도 불구하고 북미가 1994년에 월드컵을 개최했던적도 있다.

Guess what, in football (some say soccer), there has been a total dominance by two regions for 90 years straight. You know what they did? Nothing. There are some rules as to how you can transfer players, and those type of rules are in LoL now too.
Guess what, in snooker, there's been a total dominance by one single country for 90 years. What have they done? Absolutely nothing.
I'm sure there are plenty of other examples. I only looked at two sports, and present the results. I didn't try to find the most dominated sports, it was just two randomly selected sports that I imagine occur over most of the world. Point is, some sports are more popular in some countries, and where a sport is popular you will have dominance. That's just the way it is. It doesn't stop everyone else from having fun and participating and competing. NA even hosted the football world cup in 1994, even though there has never been an NA team of any great success.

TL;DR No one needs to do anything at all. Just enjoy the game.
