6.9는 마법사 업데이트인거지?

왜냐면 라이엇에 의하면 마나 변경 및 아이템 변경이 6.9 패치에 "계획"되어 있어

근데 이건 고대인의 의지 삭제도 포함 하는거야? 왜냐면 만약 마법사 업데이트가 6.9에 이뤄지고 고대인의 의지도 같이 삭제된다면 다행이지만, 만약 그렇지 않다면 리워크 전 블라디미르는 고대인의 의지 없이 어쩌라는거지??

블라디를 포함한 마법사 세트 업데이트는 6.9에 적용될 거야. 블라디는 고대인의 의지/리볼버의 주문흡혈이 불가능 하다는 전제를 토대로 밸런스 될거야.

because according to riot they are saying that these are "planned" 6.9 mana changes and item changes
but does this include the removal of because if the mage update is on 6.9 and  is removed then thats good but if it isn't

how will Vladimir fare without  before his rework??

The updates to mage kits, Vlad included, will also be in 6.9. Vlad's being balanced with the context that spellvamp from WotA/Revolver won't be available to him.

We won't ship the mage kit updates without the item changes or the item changes without the kit updates. If one of those sets isn't ready we'll hold the other one until it is.

그럼, 여기 방금 생각해낸 질문이 있어: 마법사 업데이트를 연장 테스트를 위해 PBE에 아이템 투입했을 때 같이 적용하지 않은거지?

그만큼 많은 챔피언을 PBE에 적용했다가 다시 빼내는 건 그 패치에 버그 발생할 위기를 현저하게 늘리게 될거야. 아이템의 경우는 피드백을 받고 버그가 발생해도 그만한 가치가 있다고 생각했기 때문이야. 특히 모든 마법사들에 비해서 확실히 적은 파일 수가 연관되어 있기 때문이지. 마법사 챔피언과 몇몇 다른 시즌 중반 변경 (예로 용 변경 사항)을 PBE에 빨리 적용하는 것은 비교적 대가가 너무 크다고 생각해.

So, question I just thought of: Any reason why you didn't put the mage updates on the PBE for extended testing when you put the items up?

Adding that many champions into the patch on PBE and then pulling them out again increases the risk of bugs in that patch significantly. In the case of the items we felt the feedback gathered and bugs caught would be worth the risk, particularly since there are far fewer files involved with those items than all the mages. For the mages and some other mid-season changes (dragon changes for example) we felt the cost was too high to go to PBE a patch early by contrast.

계획은 MSI는 6.8로 진행하는거야. 만약 그게 불가능하다면, 그 전 패치(역주: 6.7 혹은 6.6)로 진행할 거야, 그 이후 패치가 아니고.

The plan is that MSI will be on 6.8. If that's not possible we'd use an earlier patch, not a later one.
