Mobs in Legion zones scale just by character level and not item level correct? Some misnformation has been going around.
Legion's world scaling is only based on player level.

Yep! However, once Legion launches on August 30th, they will no longer be available.

Is it intended for EN and NH to have same ilvl? We were at 890+ ilvl for some tests. How could we ever get there?

Nighthold gear is better. Early testing had an increased item level to compensate for unleveled artifacts.

에메랄드의 악몽과 밤의 요새의 아이템 레벨이 같은 게 의도된 건가요? 테스트를 할 때는 아이템 레벨이 890+ 이었는데요. 어느 정도의 장비를 얻을 수 있는 건가요?
밤의 요새의 장비가 더 좋습니다. 이전의 테스트 때는 레벨업되지 않은 유물 무기를 보충하기 위해 아이템 레벨이 증가되었습니다.

What's the intent behind Potion of Deadly Grace? It seems to do nothing at all for casters...
Rather than granting stats, it grants a proc that deals extra damage. Numbers will be buffed in the next Beta build.

Is it intended that me as a enchant/jeweler are supposed to get scribe recips from bosses as loot? Just got that!
Some recipes are unbound and drop for everyone. Give it to an alt, drop it in the guild bank, or sell it!

Not immediately, but we plan to make some changes in a later patch to simplify Draenor crafting.

Either those EU players got lucky, or they care more about sunglasses than US. The recipe drops all over the world.
