아뇨, 우선 여성 엔지니어로서, 저는 제 커리어 젠체에서 젊은 사람들과 일해왔습니다. 드러난 것은, 여성 엔지니어의 퍼센트는 여성 LoL 플레이어의 퍼센트와 매우 비슷하다는 점입니다. :P 그리고, 저는 여성보다는 남성에 가까운 성향입니다. 그래서 전 실제로 정말 편안한 느낌입니다 :) 전반적으로, 라이엇은 신나면서도 여러 특정한 분야나 팀에서는 인구비율에 개의치 않는데, 일하는 곳으로서 놀랍습니다.

서포터는 플레이하기는 쉽지만, 마스터하기는 어렵습니다. 주 공격수를 주로 하는 입장에서, 이 이야기는 서포터를 많이 하신 분이면 이 점을 잘 아시리라 생각합니다. (와드 구입, 원딜에게 막타 양보). 하지만 더 중급의 것들은 마스터하지 못했죠. 라인에서 특히 부쉬를 이용해 컨트롤하고 후퇴와 전진으로 상대를 괴롭혀 라인을 성공적으로 만들거나 깨버리는 것들 말이죠.

I'm just wondering how many women actually play LoL, I know there are probably a few out there but it seems to me that a lot of women frown upon it. I know many men with girlfriend gamers, myself included, and they just DESPISE it due to the amount of attention it requires.

Nah. First of all, as a female engineer, I have worked with a bunch of dudes my entire career. It turns out, the percentage of female engineers is very similar to the percentage of female LoL players. : P Also, I tend to relate better to men than women, so I feel pretty comfortable actually. : ) In general, though, Riot is just a fun, awesome place to work, regardless of the demographics of any particular discipline or team.

Based on the data we've gathered, there's a little bit higher preference for support, with the rest of the role distribution being similar. But nothing near primarily support. I think it is more a stereotype than a reality

Support may be easy to play, but it's not easy to master. As an ADC main, I'd argue that having a pro support versus someone who just knows some of the ideas (buy wards, let ADC get last hits), but hasn't mastered the more advanced stuff, like lane, and especially bush, control and the back and forth of harassment can make or break the success of laning phase.

Seconded. There's something about building that synergy with your support that lends to excellent level 2 fights, proper harassment, and well timed kills that comes with working with someone who completely understands the subtleties of supporting.
