전부 계획대로 잘 될 경우, 이번 주 말이나 다음 주 초에 나올 밸런스 추가 패치가 있습니다. 이는 스웨인, 블라디, 카시에 대해 조금~중간 정도의 버프를 포함합니다. 저희의 예상은 다음 (정규) 패치에서도 이들 각각의 챔피언에 대해 추가적인 작업이 필요하리라는 것입니다 (추가 패치 변경으로 그들의 문제 전부를 다루지는 않습니다). 이 추가 패치는 커다란 변경을 의도하는 것이 아니라, 리워크된 스킬셋을 배워나가는 정도와 메타의 상태를 저희가 평가하고, 추가적인 변경을 작업하는 동안 밸런스에서 크게 벗어난 주요 문제를 완화시키기 위한 것입니다. 저희는 또한 바다의 드래곤 버프가 1스택만으로도 지나치게 강력한 것이 아닌지 보고 있으며, 6.10에서 그에 대한 조정을 할 수도 있으나, 아직 확실하진 않습니다.

잠재적인 변경 목록입니다:

카시오페아: 쌍독니의 전반적인 위력과 편리성 향상. 앞으로 있을 (핫픽스가 아닌) 변경에서는 다른 스킬에 초점을 맞출 가능성이 큼

• E 재사용 대기시간 0.9초에서 0.75초로 감소
• E 마나 소모량 60-80에서 40-80으로 감소
• E 사정거리를 이전 사정거리 모델로 변경 (카시오페아 모델 가장자리부터 표적 모델 가장자리까지 550이 아니라 카시 모델 중심부터 표적 모델 중심까지 700). 평균적으로 작은 표적에 대해서는 다소 길어질 것이며(대부분의 다른 미드라이너나 미니언들), 큰 표적에 대해서는 다소 짧아질 것 (대부분의 탱커들)

말자하: 푸쉬와 정글링을 제한하기 위한 마나 소모량 증가, 덜 안전한 정글링, 다소 약해진 궁

• Q 마나 소모량 60에서 80으로 증가
• W 마나 소모량 60에서 80으로 증가
• 공허충의 중립 몬스터에게 대한 피해량 75%에서 50%로 감소
• R 피해량 6/8/10%에서 5/7/9%로 감소

스웨인: Q의 일관성이 떨어진 것을 감안해 피해량 증가, 버그 수정

• Q 피해량 25-85에서 30-110으로 증가
• R 토글 시 시전 시간 제거 (의도되지 않았던 것. 본섭에 나가지 않았어야 했던 게 나감)

블라디미르: 게임 중반에 특히 위력 추가, E의 체력 소모를 어느 정도 상쇄하기 위해 강화된 Q로 얻는 치유량 증가시킴

• 강화된 Q의 잃은 체력 %계수가 주문력 40당 1%에서 주문력 25당 1%로 증가
• E 기본 피해량이 30-70/60-140에서 30-90/60-180으로 증가

6.9 balance hotfix going out soon

Hey all,

We've got a balance hotfix that, all going according to plan, should be going out sometime late this week or early next week. It contains small to moderate buffs to Swain, Vlad and Cass and a small to moderate nerf to Malz. Our expectation is that we'll do additional work on each of those champions in the next patch too (these changes won't address all their issues). This hotfix isn't intended to be a massive change, more to take the edge off major balance outliers while we assess the reworked kit's learning curves, the state of the meta and work on additional changes. We're also looking at whether the Ocean Drake buff is too strong with one stack and might also make adjustments to that before 6.10, not sure yet.

Tentative change lists:

Cassiopeia: More useability and general power on Twin Fangs. Future changes (non hotfix) likely to focus on other skills)

• E Cooldown to 0.75 from 0.9
• E Mana cost to 40-80 from 60-80
• E Range back to the previous range model (700 range center to center instead of 550 range edge to edge). On average slightly longer against small targets (like most other mid laners and minions), slightly shorter against large targets (like most tanks)

Malzahar: Higher mana costs to constrain pushing and jungling, less safe jungling, slightly weaker ult

• Q mana cost to 80 from 60
• W mana cost to 80 from 60
• Neutral monster damage reduction to 50% from 75%
• R damage to 5/7/9% from 6/8/10%

Swain: Increased damage on Q to account for its lower consistency, bug fix

• Q damage to 30-110 from 25-85
• R cast time on toggle on removed (unintended, shouldn't have shipped)

Vlad: Adding power, mid game especially, and increasing healing from empowered Q, in part to offset E cost

• Q empowered missing health ratio increased to 4% AP from 2.5%
• E base damage increased to 30-90/60-180 from 30-70/60-140

아, 명확한 설명을 위해 언급할 만한 다른 것들로, 저희가 6.10에서 버프 또는 너프 후보로 살펴보고 있는 챔피언들이 있습니다. 다만 추가 패치(핫픽스)는 기술적인 면(시험/구현할 시간이 적음)과 디자인 면(제한된 데이터와 분석을 가지고 빠르게 반응) 양쪽으로 어느 정도의 위험을 동반합니다. 결과적으로 저희는 다음 패치에서 거의 확실히 패치될 다른 챔피언들과 아이템 등등이 있더라도 극단적인 경우에 대해서만 추가 패치를 진행하게 되었습니다.

Oh, also just for clarity's sake it's worth mentioning there are a lot of other champions we're looking at as possible buff or nerf candidates in 6.10. Hotfixes involve some risk though, both on the technical side (less testing/implementation time) and the on the design side (reacting quickly off limited data and analysis). As a result we're only hotfixing the extremes, even if there are other champions, items etc that will almost certainly receive changes in the next patch.
